Christine and Kevin graciously welcomed me to their home to shoot their newest addition baby Tyler. I tried to take a more casual approach to this newborn shoot. There was a little posing involved, but my intention was to capture more natural images of the baby, their home, and their eldest son John. These sessions can be done up to 6 weeks old and usually last 1-2 hours max. My favorite thing about lifestyle newborn photography is capturing the wonder and amazement between the family members.
Newborns are incredible but so is the love in the air. Memories of this time-frame often become fuzzy for new and seasoned parents. This is precisely why I feel these types of shoots are so important.
