When asked about his favorite place on Aquidneck Island, Chan Lyell immediately answered, “In front of the Paradise Farmhouse at the Norman Bird Sanctuary overlooking Hanging Rock and Sachuest Point Wildlife Refuge with the Atlantic Ocean beyond. Outside of real estate, Chan has varying interests, including history, art, physics, and travel—both regionally and internationally—all sports from basketball to golf to sailing to back-country hiking, as well as a passion for land conservation through his involvement with the Aquidneck Land Trust.
