Headshots at Sachuest Point Wildlife Refuge: Chan Lyell

When asked about his favorite place on Aquidneck Island, Chan Lyell immediately answered, “In front of the Paradise Farmhouse at the Norman Bird Sanctuary overlooking Hanging Rock and Sachuest Point Wildlife Refuge with the Atlantic Ocean beyond.  What a special place we live in!” This made Sachuest Point an easy choice and backdrop for this season Rhode Island realtor.

Outside of real estate, Chan has varying interests, including history, art, physics, and travel—both regionally and internationally—all sports from basketball to golf to sailing to back-country hiking, as well as a passion for land conservation through his involvement with the Aquidneck Land Trust.

Headshots at Sandy Point Beach: LeAnne West

I tell all my clients: a good photographer isn’t an expense - it’s the best investment you can make for your business.  Today’s world is undeniably visual, and with the right creative content you can draw attention and skyrocket your growth.  Together, we’ll tell the story of your brand.

I am incredibly passionate about and committed to helping you grow your business.  As such, I offer an array of commercial photography services—from headshots to real estate to styled editorial product shoots—all delivered with full commercial use rights.

When Realtor, LeAnne West was looking for new headshots to compliment her growing real estate business, we chose Sandy Point Beach in Portsmouth, RI. This shallow, natural beach is located on the Sakonnet River at the end of Sandy Point Avenue and is great for families. Set during my favorite time of day…sunset.

Headshots at Prescott Farm: Kara Malkovich

Have you thought about what makes a headshot successful? Guess what? As important as it is to have fabulous hair and makeup, I’ll be focusing the most on the single most definitive part of your character: your eyes. As you think about this, I recommend even practicing in the mirror beforehand! A slight squint and a piercing gaze will light up your images with pure, intense personality.

Headshots these days are all about keeping things natural and real. People want to see beyond the poses into the core of who you are. We don’t have to go crazy here, but when we get together I’ll be asking you to laugh and relax just as much as I ask you to pose with perfect posture. Let’s show the world what makes you unique!

Realtor® Kara Malkovich Gustave White Sotheby’s International Realty kept it fun and flirty during her shoot at Prescott Farm in Middletown, RI. Prescott Farm is a historic preservation of a colonial farm in spanning over 40 acres. Notable features of it include an operational windmill (c. 1812), and a University of Rhode Island Master Gardener project with the purpose of simulating a historical vegetable garden through careful research on what crops where grown during that time period.
