I was honored to shoot Middletown native Armond Lavalle and his fiancé Michelle Ann Post at Second Beach for their engagement. The sporty couple mixed things up starting off with a beautiful “beachy” look in the sand dunes and ended with rash guards and surf boards in the water. It was an epic evening with a gorgeous sunsets and full moon rising to boot.
The future Lavalle’s are getting hitched Summer 2019 in Narragansett, Rhode Island…on the beach of course!
Curaçao, located just a few miles of the coast of Venezuela - is a Dutch Caribbean island, part of the Netherlands Antilles. It also happens to be the birthplace of my father and where my paternal family still reside. Almost every year since my birth, our family heads down to reconnect with our roots, and bask in the sun and sea. I never take for granted the beauty of the warm azure blue waters, candy colored streets of downtown Willemstad, and the sincere embraces of all our family. The arid backdrop of the Curaçao’s natural flora and fauna only intensify the surrounding colors of the architecture and sea.
This is our family's happy place, where we come to escape the Northeast winter, relax and rejuvenate our souls...
